👋 Welcome to Mithran Enablers, a management consultancy and social enterprise enabling a Green Globe, Gender Justice and Good Governance through ideas that work.
About Us
We are Mithran. A management consultancy with a conscience, and a social enterprise with a plan. Built on decades of grassroots experience across 6,000+ Indian villages, we work at the meeting point of environment, equity and ethics - for a Green Globe, a Gender Just World, and Good Governance.
our practice
What We Do
We work with corporations seeking real impact, with governments seeking real delivery, with foundations seeking real evidence, and with communities seeking real change. From rural villages to urban policy rooms, our footprint is national and our touch is local.
Our work clusters around three big ideas: a Green Globe, a Gender Just World, and Good Governance.
Because at Mithran, doing is not a department. It is the entire idea.
Our 3 Gs
Our goals aren’t milestones – they are missions. Four ideas we work toward every day, knowing each is impossible alone and inevitable together.
Click any goal to see how we are making it real.
A Green Globe
Through tree plantations, carbon sinks, solar energy, electric mobility, organic agriculture and climate-resilient livelihoods, we work to leave the planet healthier than we found it.
Gender Justice
Explore the world beyond the classroom through international study tours, exchange programs, and immersive learning experiences with global communities, including the Roma, Kurdish, and Palestinian peoples. Gain firsthand knowledge, build cross-cultural understanding, and develop a deeper commitment to global solidarity and leadership.
Good Governance
We connect citizens to the schemes they are entitled to, train institutions to serve every citizen, and advise governments on policy that actually reaches the last mile. In housing, schooling, sanitation, disaster relief and community infrastructure, we build the everyday scaffolding of dignity for India’s most vulnerable.
